For the love of code – I got my first computer when I was 14 and took to it like a duck to water. When I left school I naturally got my IT Diploma. I started freelancing during my second year and by the time I qualified I was working as an Analyst Programmer at Coopers & Lybrand (Price Waterhouse Coopers). After a company merger the IT department was dissolved and I completed my current project working for the client. I then set off to travel the world but soon started a retail business and have worked in retail as a business owner for 15 years. During the last past 8 years I have rediscovered my love of coding whilst developing Point Of Sale, General Ledger and other applications for my businesses. I have since gone back into software development and have spent the past three years as a senior developer creating web applications on the Microsoft stack.
